AN OHDINANCE AD1ENDING SECTION
6 OF THE LICENSING ORDINANCE.

BE IT ORDAI~ffiD by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village cf' 110unt Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
SECTION 1. That Section 6 of an Ordinance entitled
!tAn Ordinance to license and regulate certain businesses, oc-
cupations, callings and employments as expressed herein, and
to provide the term, the fee and the method of procuring and
issuing such licenses, tocether with the conditions under which
same are issued, and fixing a penalty for violations of this
Ordinance" (ordinance No. 151), as Amended, be and the same is
hereby further amended to read as follows:
Section 6. Term of License. All licenses
issued shall be annual licenses and shall expire
April 30th following the date of its issuance,
except where otherwise specifically provided
herein.
Applications for license covering
a period of six months and not l~ss than three
months prior to the expiration date, the license
fee shall be one-half of the annual fee; and ap-
plications for license covering a period of less
than three months prior to the expiration date, the
license fee shall be one-fourth of the annual fee;
provided, however, that the applicant shall give
satisfactory evidence that he had not engaged in
the business, profession or occupation so licensed
prior to the time that he makes such application
for license.
The fee for such license issued shall
be collected in full at the time of the issuance
and delivery thereof.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force
