WlEREAS, the Zoning CollllD1ssion of the Village of Mount
Prospect at a public meeting duly called and held according to
law, considered the question of reclassitying tro. a-I Residence
District to B Business District, the real estate hereinafter
described; and
WBlBEAS, the President and Board ot Trustees have con-
sidered the recollUllendation ot the said Zoning CollllD1ssion;

cified uses; regulating and limiting the height and bulk ot.

be subject to all limitations and conditions based upon proPer-
ty 1n B Business District as defined in said ordinance herein-

SEC'fIOIf 3. Any person, tirm or corporation who violates,
disobeys, omits, neglects or reruaes to comply with or who re-
sists the eotorcement of any ot the provisions of this Ordinance
shall be tinea not le8s than Ten Dollars ('10.00) nor IlOre than
One Hundred Dollars <$100.00) for each ottense, each day that a
violation i8 permitted to exist shall constitute a separate
ottense.
