RESOLUTION NO. 14-93
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
LEASE FOR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT
17 SOUTH WILLE STREET. MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the V%llage of Mount Prospect owns the single family home
and property cor~nonly known as 17 South Wille, Street, Mount
Prospect, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect is desirous of entering Into
a Residence Lease for the single family home located at 17 South
Wille Street; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ~LAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the corporate authorities of the Village of
Mount Prospec5 do hereby authorize the Village Manager to sign and
the Village Clerk to attest his signature on a Residential Lease
for Village owned property commonly known as 17 South Wille Street,
Mount Prospect, Illinois, a copy of said Lease is attached hereto
and hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit "A".
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner
provided by law.

NAYS: None
ABSENT: None

Notwithstanding language contained herein to the contrary, it shall be the obligation of
the tenants to maintain and repair the building, fixtures, mechanical systems and
grounds of said premises, at their sole expense, except for necessary maintenance and
repair to the heating system and roof, which shall remain the obligation of the lessor.
