ARTICLE X - MOTOR FUEL TAX FUND
Section 1. .~l moneys received from the State Motor Fuel Tax
as provided in an Act entitled ".LUl Act in Relation to a Tax unon
the Privilege Of Operating Motor Vehicles upon Highways Therein
and Making Certain A'ppropriations in Connection Therewith,"
A.pproved March 23, 1939, as .Amended, are hereby appropriat.ed to be
extended in accordance with the provisions of the sf;iid Act.
ARTICLE XI - MISCELwu~OUS REVEliUES.
Section 1. All miscellaneous receipts of revenues from all
purposes. not hereby expressly ~eserved or appropriated shall be

neral appropriation and for the same general purpose.
