II BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
lilvIOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
II Section 1. That Section 4 of an ordinance enti tjed II An Ordinance for

IIProspeot, Oook County, Illinois (Ordinance No. ~O(a), as amended, is hereby

Section 4. The Village Olerk shall deliver to the holder of any license
for an automobile, motor truck or motorcycle, a sticker license emblem
which shall bear the words IlVehicle Taxll and "Mount Prospect" and the num-
rals designating the year for which such license is issued, and a number
identical with the number of such license.
When such sticker emblem is delivered to any such licensee, it shall
be the duty of such licensee to affix the same in the lower right hand
corner on the inside of the glass part of the windshield of such motor ve-
hicle, approximately one inch from :the right and lower sections of the
frame of such windshield; and it shall be unlawful for any automobile,
motor truck or motorcycle, although duly licensed, to be used upon the
streets, avenues or alaeye of the village unless such sticker emblem is
attached thereto, as aforesaid.

Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provi-
ions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than five (15.00) Dollars nor
than Two hundred Dollars (1200.00) for each and every ~ffen8e, and each day 'I

such motor vehicle is used upon the street, avenues or alleys of the Villagell

Prospect without having complied with the provisions of this ordinance, Ii
considered a separate and distinct offense.
Section'. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
reby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
ts passage, approval and publication, according to law.
