AN ORDINANCE Making Appropriations to
defray the expenses of the Village of
Mount Prospect for municipal purposes,
designated as the "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION
BILL" for the period beginning May 1,
1954 and ending April 30, 1955.

BE IT ORDAINED by the President and the Board of Trustees of
Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, THAT the
ollowing sums or so much thereof as may be authorized by law, be
the same are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year beginning
1, 1954 and ending April 30, 1955, to the several municipal

ARTICLE X - MOTOR FUEL.TAX FUND

Sec~J2n 1. All moneys received from the State Motor Fuel Tax
as provided in an Act entitled "An Act in Relation to a Tax upon
the privilege of operating Motor Vehicles upon highways therein
and making certain Appropriations in connection therewith", approv-
ed Ma~ch 23, 1939, as amended, are. hereby appropriated to be ex-
tended in accordance with the provisions of the said act.
ARTICLE XI - MISCBLLANEOUS REVENUE~.
Section l~ All miscellaneous receipts of revenues from all
purposes not hereby expressly reserved or appropriated shall be
. . available to any appropriation herein provided for not payable
out of specific funds.
Section 2. All unexpended balances of any item or items of

any general appropriation made in this Ordinance be expended in
making up any insufficiency in any item or items in the same gene-
ral appropriation and for the same general purpose.
