AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE
LEVY AND COLLECTION OF TAXES
FOR CORPORATE AND MUNICIPAL
PURPOSES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR BEGINNING MAY 1, 1954 AND
ENDING APRIL 30, 1955.

I VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Ii Section 1. That the sum of One Hundred Ten Thousand Eight

I current fiscal year by the said Annual Appropriation Bill, be and
I the same is hereby levied on all taxable property within the

June 10, 1954, according to law; the various objects and purposes
for which said appropriations were heretofore made are set forth
under the column entitled "Amounts Appropriated" and the specific

I, Richard J. Daley, the duly elected, qualified and
acting County Clerk of the county of Cook in the state of
Illinois and the official keeper of the Seal and records
thereof;
DO HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 18th day of August, 1954,
there was deposited with me a certified copy of an Ordinance
entitled: "An Ordinance authorizing the Levy and collection
of taxes for corporate and municipal purposes of the Village
of Mount Prospect for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 1954
and ending April 30, 1955", and is now a part of the records
of this office.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and af-
fixed the official seal this 18th day of August, A.D. 1954.
