Illinois Department Resolution for Improvement by Municipality Construction
of Transportation Under the Illinois Highway Code
BE IT RESOLVED, by the MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the
Council or President and Board of Trustees
VILLAGE of MOUNT PROSPECT ,Illinois
City, Town or Village
that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code:

Traffic Signal Cablr~ and ~ Vmious Locations
Replacemeat Throughout the Village
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the pmposad improvement shall consist of the replacement of traffic controllers and/or traffic cabinets
intersections throughout the Village of Mount Prospect.
and shall be constructed feet wide ..
and be designated as Section 9,500123-00 TL
2. That there is hereby appropriated the (additional) sum of Eleven Thousand Five Hundred and 001100
Dollars ($ 11,500.00 ) for the
improvement of said section from the municipaliys allotment of Motot Fuel Tax funds.
3. That work shall be done by Contract ; and,
(Specify Contract or Day Labor)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit two certified copies of this resolution to
the distdct office of the Department of Transportation.
