EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION — Village Employees celebrating Quinquennial anniversaries 4.5. 1st reading of an ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 (ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS) OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT. This ordinance increases the number of Class "P-3" liquor licenses by one (1) MOM'S ORGANIC MARKET INC. d/b/a MOM'S ORGANIC MARKET located at 201 W. Rand Road, Mount Prospect, IL. 5. COMMUNICATIONS AND PETITIONS - CITIZENS TO BE HEARD 5.1. Individuals wishing to address the Village Board in person regarding issues not on the agenda must register to participate in the Citizens to Be Heard process. You may sign in before the meeting in person or by emailing your intent to speak to publiccomment@mountprospect.org no later than 1:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. 6. CONSENT AGENDA 6.1. List of Bills - August 12, 2026 to August 25, 2026 - $41,373,888.99 6.2. Approval of Closed Session Minutes - August 11, 2026 and August 18, 2026 6.3. Motion to accept the lowest cost, responsive bid for the Melas Park North Parking Lot Resurfacing Project for an amount not to exceed $263,890. 7. OLD BUSINESS - None 8. NEW BUSINESS 8.1. Motion to approve the Auditing Services Agreement with Sikich LLP for a five- year period from 2026 to 2030 9. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT 9.1. Motion to waive the competitive bidding requirements and purchase a Freightliner M2 Ambulance with Power Cot and Power Load at a total not to exceed $506,051. 9.2. Motion to accept bid for the Gregory Street Lighting Improvements for an amount not to exceed $444,043. 9.3. As submitted 10. ANY OTHER BUSINESS 11.
