R-32-07 WHEREAS, Ceda Northwest Self -Help Center, Inc. filed an application for a variation with respect to property commonly known as 1300 W. Northwest Highway in the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois. WHEREAS, the subject property is described as follows: Lot I in Hafer's Resubdivision of part of that, land lying north of Chicago Northwestern Railroad, in the Northwest 1/4of the Southeast 1/4of Section 33, "Township 42 North, Range I I East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. VvWREAS, the Petitioner seeks a Variation floni the provisions of Sections 7.325.E.4 (two lines limit for changeable copy text), of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, Illinois to install three lines of changeable copy text, as shown on the attached Exhibit; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the Variation request (designated as CASE NO. PZ-32-07) before the Planning & Zoning Commission in the Village ofMount Prospect, Illinois on September 27, 2007 pursuant to due and proper notice thereof published in the Journal Newspaper on August 8, 2007. NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning & Zoning Commission does hereby grant the requested Variation as described above, subject to the Petitioner obtaining a perinit from the Community Development Department and the Variation being specific to this sign. Except for the Variation granted herein, all other applicable Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois ordinances and regulations shall remain in full force and effect as to the subject property. PASSED AND APPROVED the 27th day of September, 2007 and effective five (5) days after this date, as provided for by Section 5.504.E of the Mount Prospect Code.
