RESOLUTION NO. R-08-05
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF CONSOLIDATION
&P1 OPERT'Y LQQATEQ. AT 109 FOREST AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Petitioners, Kevin & Elizabeth Griebenow, have requested approval of a plat titled
Griebenow's Resubdivision for the purpose of consolidating two parcels by resubdividing the Subject
Property;
WHEREAS, Section 15.310 of the Village Code allows for such action and the Village Staff has
recommended approval of the subdivision;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the subdivision creates one new lot of record is hereby granted for the property at 109
Forest Ave., and the Griebenow's Resubdivision attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved
for appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat and its legal description are incorporated into, and made a
part of, this Resolution.
SECTION TWO: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in
the manner provid
ed by law.
