RESOLUTION NO. R-23-06
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF CONSOLIDATION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 199 W. RAND ROAD
WHEREAS, the Petitioner, Paul Sheridan of HP Mt. Prospect, LLC, has requested approval of a plat titled
Alexian Consolidation for the purpose of consolidating two lots of record by resubdividing the Subject
Property;
WHEREAS, Section 15.310 of the Village Code allows for such action and the Village Staff has
recommended approval of the subdivision;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the subdivision creates one new lot of record is hereby granted for the property at 199
W. Rand Road, and the Alexian Consolidation attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved
for appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat and its legal description are incorporated into, and made a
part of, this Resolution.
SECTION TWO: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in
the manner provided by law.
PASSED and APPROVED this 28th day of November, 2007.
