4.2. PROCLAMATION: Recognizing Juneteenth as a Day of Celebration and Reflection
4.3. RECOGNITION: Juvenile Officer of the Year Award to Detective Tyler Johnson
by the Illinois Juvenile Officers Association
Detective Johnson of the Mount Prospect Police Department was nominated
for the Illinois Juvenile Officers Association award by members of Prospect
High School, where he is assigned as a School Resource Officer.
4.4. APPOINTMENT TO BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS -Economic Development
Commission I Eric Norenberg for term to expire June 2030, Special Events
Commission I Laura Young for term to expire June 2031
5. COMMUNICATIONS AND PETITIONS - CITIZENS TO BE HEARD
5.1. Individuals wishing to address the Village Board in person regarding issues not on
the agenda must register to participate in the Citizens to Be Heard process. You may
sign in before the meeting in person or by emailing your intent to speak to
publiccomment@mountprospect.org no later than 1:00 p.m. on the day of the
meeting.

9.1. Motion to accept proposal for the 2026-2031 Snow Removal &Ice Control
Services Contract in an amount not to exceed $174,400 during the
2026/2027 winter season, subject to annual Chicago CPI increases during
subsequent seasons.
