Emerson St. Mount Prospect, IL 60056 May 6, 2026 Community Development Conference Room - 2nd 4:00 PM Floor NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at the hour of 4:00 p.m., there will be a public hearing at the Mount Prospect Village Hall, 50 S. Emerson Street, Mount Prospect, IL, concerning the following: CASE NO. PZ-10-26 COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 504 S Pine Street PIN#: 08-12-306-009-0000 PETITIONER / OWNER: Christina Mosnick 504 S Pine Street Mount Prospect IL 60056 NATURE OF REQUEST: The Petitioner proposes to replace an existing patio with a new patio, reducing lot coverage from 57% (4,351 sf) to 53% (4,081 sf) on the 7,633 square foot lot. As both figures exceed the 50% maximum, the Petitioner has applied for a Minor Variation to maintain the resulting 53% lot coverage, which remains 265 square feet over the permitted maximum. This is not a "notice to appear". It is an invitation to all interested persons to submit oral or written comments concerning the above case to the Director of Community Development at 50 S. Emerson Street, Mount Prospect, IL 60056 or via e-mail at chogan@mountprospect.org. Persons having questions may call the Community Development Department of Mount Prospect at (847) 818-5306. The Director of Community Development will make a decision based on the information discussed at the meeting; the Director of Community Development's decision is final for this case.
