Motion to waive the rule requiring two readings of an ordinance and adopt an ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5, "BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS," ARTICLE XVI, "FOREIGN FIRE INSURANCE TAX BOARD" OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT 10.
