4.1. PROCLAMATION: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day - January 19, 2026
4.2. 1st reading of an ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 (ALCOHOLIC
LIQUORS) OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT. This ordinance
increases the number of Class "F-3" liquor licenses by one Gilded Fork LLC
d/b/a Gilded Fork located at 1716 E Kensington Rd. Mount Prospect, IL.
5. COMMUNICATIONS AND PETITIONS - CITIZENS TO BE HEARD
5.1. Individuals wishing to address the Village Board in person regarding issues not on
the agenda must register to participate in the Citizens to Be Heard process. You may
sign in before the meeting in person or by emailing your intent to speak to
publiccomment@mountprospect.org no later than 1:00 p.m. on the day of the
meeting.

UNITS IN THE PROSPECT AND MAIN TIF DISTRICT FOR THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
8.2. Motion to waive the rule requiring two readings of an ordinance and adopt an
ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE FOR A PRELIMINARY AND
FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 200
SOUTH MAIN STREET, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS (PZ-31-25)
8.3. Motion to waive the rule requiring two readings of an ordinance and adopt AN
ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR 200 S.
MAIN STREET, LLC IN THE PROSPECT AND MAIN TIF DISTRICT OF THE
