AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18,
'TRAFFIC' OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT
PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS ACTING IN THE EXERCISE OF THEIR HOME RULE
POWERS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.2004, "SCHEDULE IV — "STOP AND YIELD SIGNS," of
Chapter 18, "Traffic," of the Village Code, as amended, is further amended by inserting the
following:
Name of Street Direction of Traffic Movement,
At Intersection With
Audrey Ln. North and southbound Connie Ln."
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
AYES: Dante, DiPrima, Grossi, Saccotelli
NAYS: None
ABSENT: Gens, Matuszak
