4.4. 1st reading of an ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 (ALCOHOLIC
LIQUORS) OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT. This ordinance
increases the number of Class "S-6" liquor licenses by one Bloom & Brush Art
Studio INC. d/b/a Bloom & Brush Art Studio located at 350 W. Kensington Rd.
Suite 117, Mount Prospect, IL;
4.5. 1st reading of an ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 (ALCOHOLIC
LIQUORS) OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT. This ordinance
increases the number of Class "F-Y liquor licenses by one CoCo & Maple LLC
d/b/a CoCo & Maple located at 130 E. Northwest Hwy. Mount Prospect, IL.
5. COMMUNICATIONS AND PETITIONS - CITIZENS TO BE HEARD
5.1. Individuals wishing to address the Village Board in person regarding issues not on the
agenda must register to participate in the Citizens to Be Heard process. You may sign in
before the meeting in person or by emailing your intent to speak to
publiccomment@mountprospect.org no later than 1:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
6. CONSENT AGENDA
6.1. List of Bills December 10, 2025, to December 30, 2025 $3)3111753.91
6.2. Motion to waive the rule requiring two readings of an ordinance and adopt an
ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18, ""TRAFFIC" IN THE VILLAGE CODE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT. This ordinance will adopt traffic regulations required for
implementing a traffic -calming project within the Hatlen Heights Subdivision.
6.3. Motion to approve a change order for the Algonquin Road Path &Lighting
Project Phase II Design Engineering contract for an amount not to exceed
$70,,688.
6.4. Motion to accept public improvements installed as part of the Seefried
development project at 1305 East Algonquin Road.
6.5. Motion to approve waiving the competitive bidding requirements and
purchase two Stryker power cots and Stryker power load systems
replacements for an amount not to exceed $163,826.60.

COVERAGE REQUIREMENT AND THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SIZE, HEIGHT,
AND LOCATION REQUIREMENTS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 17 SOUTH
MAPLE STREET, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS (PZ-26-25)
8.2. Motion to waive the rule requiring two readings of an ordinance and adopt an
ORDINANCE GRANTING A FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION AND A CONDITIONAL
USE FOR A PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 605 WEST GOLF ROAD, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
