A RESOL UTION FOR THE HOLIDA Y SEASON
WHEREAS, the holiday season has arrived, and it is the time of the year when, as individuals
and as a community, we reflect on our relationships with others, the goodwill that is shared,
and all that remains to be done to create a peaceful and safe world for all; and
WHEREAS, this is the time ofyearfor celebrating holidays and sharing traditions and customs
with family and friends and all those we hold dear throughout the year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF
TR US TEES OF THE VILLA GE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK CO LINTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: The Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect do
extend to the citizens of Mount Prospect our sincere wishes for a joyous holiday season, and
on behalf of our entire community, we extend to everyone a resolution of good faith and
kindness so that there may be peace on this earth.
SECTION TWO: This Resolution shall be in fullforce and effect from and after its passage
and approval in the manner provided by law.
