November 18, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be
held in the Village Board Room at Village Hall, 50

proposed budget may be examined on weekdays in the
Office of the Village Clerk at Village Hall, 50 South
Emerson Street between the hours of 8:30 a m. and

Public Information Meeting

Maplewood Access Road Extension Proiect
The Village of Cary is hosting a Public Information
Meeting for the Maplewood Access Road Extension
Proiect from the intersection of Cary Algonquin Road
at Industrial Drive eastward along the Union Pacific
Railroad tracks ending at the intersection of High
Road at Main Street.
The purpose of the Public Information Meeting is to
introduce and solicit Public input to help refine the
Preferred Alternative. The Maplewood Access Road
Extension proiect is currently in Phase 1. During
Phase 1, the proiect conducts studies and surveys,
which includes but is not limited to collecting and
analyzing traffic data, utility data, topographic
surveys, environmental studies, drainage studies,
coordination with other agencies, and gathering public
input. The outcome of Phase 1 is to determine and
refine the Preferred Alternative for the proiect.

The meeting will be conducted in an informal, open
house format and interested persons may visit

federal funding and the Public Information Meeting is
