Monthly Financial Report - August 2025 6.2. List of Bills - October 22, 2025 to October 28, 2025 - $21,295f534 6.3. Motion to waive the rule requiring two readings of an ordinance and adopt an ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE FOR A MASSAGE THERAPY ESTABLISHMENT AT THE PROPERTY 834 EAST RAND ROAD UNIT 12, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS (PZ-18-25) 6.4. Motion to waive the rule requiring two readings of an ordinance and adopt an ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18, '"TRAFFIC" IN THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT. This ordinance will adopt traffic regulations required for implementing a traffic -calming project on William Street between Golf Road and Prospect Avenue. 6.5. Motion to accept bid for the 2026 Traffic Signal Maintenance Contract for an amount not to exceed $52,126.00 6.6. Motion to accept the proposal for the 2026 Household Hazardous Waste Collection Events as submitted by Tradebe Environmental Services, LLC, of Merrillville, Indiana for an amount not to exceed $115,354. 6.7. Motion to accept the renewal agreement with Mac Strategies Group, Inc. for lobbying services for an amount not to exceed $60,000. 7. OLD BUSINESS - None 8. NEW BUSINESS - None 9.
