R-07-19 WHEREAS, Shane Brown filed an application for an Administrative Conditional Use with respect to the property commonly known as 420 W. Oriole Lane in the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois. WHEREAS, the subject property is described as follows: LOT 14 IN BLOCK 8 IN PROSPECT MEADOWS, A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE WEST'/z OF THE SOUTHWEST 'A OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 42 NORTH, RANGE 11, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED DECEMBER 9, 1949, AS DOCUMENT NO. 14692921, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS. Property Index Number: 03-27-314-014-0000 WHEREAS, the Petitioner seeks the following Conditional Use as allowed for in Section 14.316 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, Illinois to allow an unenclosed porch to encroach no more than five feet into the required front yard, as shown on the attached Exhibits A and B; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the Conditional Use request (designated as CASE NO. PZ-07- 19) before the Deputy Director of Community Development for the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois on April 18, 2019 pursuant to due and proper notice thereof sent to all property owners within 100-feet of the Subject Property on April 3, 2019. NOW, THEREFORE, the Director of Community Development does hereby grant the requested Conditional Use as described above, subject to the following conditions: 1. The front porch shall be constructed in general conformance with the plans prepared by CW Design Group dated February 28, 2019; 2. Obtaining a building permit from the Community Development Department; and 3. The front porch remaining unenclosed. Except for the Conditional Use granted herein, all other applicable Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois ordinances and regulations shall remain in full force and effect as to the Subject Property.
