The plat of easement will grant access easements to the Village for sidewalk, streetscape, and the street light control system maintenance. Staff reviewed the plat and found it to be prepared according to all Village codes and requirements. Discussion Alternatives 1. Approve the resolution approving a plat of easement grant for the property located at 112 East Northwest Highway. 2. Action at the discretion of the Village Board. The plat of easement will grant access easements to the Village for maintenance of the sidewalk/streetscape and the street light control system. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF EASEMENT GRANT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 112 EAST NORTHWEST HIGHWAY, MOUNT PROSPECT, IL 60056 WHEREAS, the Petitioner, 10 N LLC, has requested approval of a Plat of Easement Grant dated 11/19/2024 for property located at 112 East Northwest Highway and legally described as the following: LOT A IN CORPORATE SUBDIVISION NO. 1, BEING A RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 8TO 14 IN BLOCK 12 IN BUSSE &WILLIE'S RESUBDIVISION IN MOUNT PROSPECT, IN THE WEST HALF OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED JANUARY 26, 1979 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 24817046 AND AS DOCUMENT NUMBER LR3072886, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
