A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION

WHEREAS, the Petitioner, Brian James Mathus, has requested approval of a Plat of Resubdivision titled
Plat of Laudermilk Farmstead Subdivision for the purpose of consolidating two lots into a single lot of
record that are under the same ownership;
WHEREAS, Section 15.310 of the Village Code allows for such action and the Village Staff has
recommended approval of the subdivision;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the subdivision consolidates two lots into a single lot of record and is hereby granted
for the property at 122 North Emerson Street, and the Plat of Laudermilk Farmstead Subdivision attached
to this Resolution as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved for appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat
and its legal description are incorporated into, and made a part of, this Resolution.
SECTION TWO: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval
in the manner provided by law.
