CAF/ 12/20/90 ORDINANCE NO. 4271 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION XIV OF CHAPTER 18 ENTITLED 'TRAFFIC CODE' OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: That Section 18.2014 entitled "Schedule XIV Fire Lanes" of Chapter 18 (Traffic Code) of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting said Section 18.2014 in its entirety and substituting therefor the following; so that hereinafter said Section 18.2014 shall be and read as follows: " Sec. 18.2014. Schedule XIV - Fire Lanes. In accordance with Section 18.1321.A, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall at any time block or obstruct the following described districts, streets, driveways, areas or parts thereof: 700 W. LINCOLN STREET Lincoln School The one lane paved driveway on both sides of the service and pick-up area in front of the school, which driveway is located immediately adjacent to the said school with entrances and exits off Lincoln Street. Also, the paved circular drive located adjacent to the east side of the school with entrance and exit off Candota Ave. 1101 S. LINNEMAN ROAD St~ John's Lutheran School The circular paved driveway adjacent to the front of the buildings. 1900 W. LONNQUIST BOULEVARD Oliver W.
