X. OLD BUSINESS None. XI. NEW BUSINESS A. PZ-07-08, 1-38 Judith Ann Drive 1. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A PLAT OF VACATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1-38 JUDITH ANN DRIVE This ordinance grants a vacation of public right-of-way for property located at 1-38 Judith Ann Drive. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat of Vacation by a vote of 6-0. (Exhibit A) 2. A RESOLUTION GRANTING A PLAT OF CONSOLIDATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1-38 JUDITH ANN DRIVE This resolution grants the consolidation of public right-of-way vacated by the Village of Mount Prospect with the adjacent properties located at 1-38 Judith Ann Drive. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat of Vacation by a vote of 6-0. (Exhibit B) B. PZ-25-08, 1504 North Larch Drive AN ORDINANCE TO GRANTING VARIATIONS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1504 (Exhibit C) NORTH LARCH DRIVE. This ordinance grants variations for height of an accessory structure (shed) and storage of a motorized vehicle (farm tractor) in a shed for property located at 1504 North Larch Drive. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the variations by a vote of 6-0. C. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE TO EXECUTE AN INTER- (Exhibit D) GOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORATION (lOOT). This resolution authorizes the Village to enter the Local Agency Agreement for Federal Participation; Safe Routes to School Sidewalk Construction Project. XII. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT A. *Request Village Board approval to accept Geomelt 55 deicing product (Beet Juice) bid in an amount not to exceed $37,350. B. STATUS XIII. OTHER BUSINESS XIV.
