9.1. Motion to reject the two (2) lowest -cost bids for Custodial Cleaning Services
as non-responsive to the bid documents and award a contract to Multi -
Systems Management for a cost not to exceed $226,069.
9.2. Motion to approve the expenditure of $450,000 for the construction of a
Village Hall workout area, to be funded by the Illinois Public Benefit
Corporation Wellness Incentive.
