A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF EASEMENT
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
411 Business Center Drive, Mount Prospect, IL 60056
WHEREAS, the Petitioner, the Village of Mount Prospect, has requested approval of a Plat of
Easement dated 8/3/2023 for property located to 411 Business Center Drive and legally described
as the following:
Lot 10 in Kensington, ECT. in Kensington Center Phase One, a subdivision in the East 1/2
of Section 34 and the West 1/2 of Section 35, Township 42 North, Range 11 East of the
Third Principal Meridian, according to the Plat thereof recorded October 2, 1979 as
Document 25173362, in Cook County, Illinois.

WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities of the Village of Mount Prospect ("Village"), after due
consideration, have determined it is in its best interests to approve dedicating new easements as
reflected on the Plat of Easement including 15' Permanent Easement A, 5' Temporary Easement
B, 30' Permanent Easement C and Temporary Easement D.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, A HOME RULE
MUNICIPALITY:
SECTION ONE: That the Plat of Easement for the property located at 411 Business Center Drive
is hereby approved for appropriate execution and simultaneous recording together with this
resolution.
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval in the manner provided by lay.
