Property Index Number: 03-35-102-007 WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities of the Village of Mount Prospect ("Village"), after due consideration, have determined it is in its best interests to approve dedicating new easements as reflected on the Plat of Easement including 15' Permanent Easement A, 5' Temporary Easement B, 30' Permanent Easement C and Temporary Easement D. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, A HOME RULE MUNICIPALITY: SECTION ONE: That the Plat of Easement for the property located at 411 Business Center Drive is hereby approved for appropriate execution and simultaneous recording together with this resolution.
