R-11-18 WHEREAS, Thomas Richer filed an application for an Administrative Conditional Use with respect to the property commonly known as 816 Na Wa Ta Avenue in the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois. WHEREAS, the subject property is described as follows: LOT 97 IN SCHAVILJE AND KNUTH, INC. "SUNSET HEIGHT", BEING A SUBDIVISION OF THE EAST 110 FEET (AS MEASURED ON THE NORTH LINE) OF THAT PART OF THE EAST '/z OF THE NORTHWEST '/4 OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, LYING NORTH OF THE NORTH LINE OF GOLF ROAD, ALSO THAT PART OF THE WEST''/z OF THE NORTHEAST 'A (EXCEPT THE EAST 7.38 CHAINS THEREOF, AS MEASURED ON THE NORTH LINE THEREOF) OF SECTION 14 AFPRESAID LYING NORTH OF THE LOT LINE OF GOLF ROAD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED NOVEMBER 21, 1955 AS DOCMUNET 16426536, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS. Property Index Number: 08-14-211-019-0000 WHEREAS, the Petitioner seeks the following Conditional Use as allowed for in Section 14.316 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, Illinois to allow an unenclosed porch to encroach no more than five feet into the required front yard, as shown on the attached Exhibits A and B; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the Conditional Use request (designated as CASE NO. PZ-11- 18) before the Deputy Director of Community Development for the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois on August 13, 2018 pursuant to due and proper notice thereof sent to all property owners within 100-feet of the Subject Property on July 27, 2018. NOW, THEREFORE, the Deputy Director of Community Development does hereby grant the requested Conditional Use as described above, subject to the following conditions: 1. The front porch shall be constructed in general conformance with the plans prepared by MHO Architects dated May 25, 2018; 2. Obtaining a building permit from the Community Development Department; and 3. The front porch remaining unenclosed. Except for the Conditional Use granted herein, all other applicable Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois ordinances and regulations shall remain in full force and effect as to the Subject Property. PASSED AND APPROVED the 13' day of August 13, 2018 as provided for by Section 14.316.A of the Mount Prospect Code. William J.
