ORDINANCE NO. 4253
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13, 107 of Chapter 13 of the Village
Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by
decreasing the number of Class "W" liquor licenses by one (1) (Pizza Hut of America,
Inc., d/b/a Pizza Hut, 401 East Euclid Avenue), so that hereafter said Subsection A of
Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 shall be and read as follows:
" Section 13.107.Number of Licenses:
Three (3) Class A Licenses
Two (2) Class B Licenses
Ten (10) Class C Licenses
One (1) Class D License
Two (2) Class E Licenses
One (1) Class G License
One (1) Class H License
One (1) Class M License
Two (2) Class P Licenses
Seventeen (17) Class R Licenses
Ten (10) Class S Licenses
One (1) Class T License
Nine (9) Class W Licenses "
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.

NAYS: None
ABSENT: Busse, Van Geem, Wattenberg
