1 CHAIRMAN POWERS CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER AT 2:03 PM AT THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
CONFERENCE ROOM
2 Roll Call: James Powers, Chairman
Rockne Bork, Commissioner
Jeanna Claussen, Commissioner
Staff Present: Michael Eterno, Police Chief
Anthony Addante, Deputy Police Chief
Lisa Schillinger, Executive Assistant
3 CITIZENS TO BE HEARD — No one in attendance.
4 CLOSED SESSION —CHAIRMAN POWERS ASKED FOR A MOTION TOGO INTO CLOSED SESSION
A motion was made by Commissioner Bork and seconded by Commissioner Claussen to go into Closed Session
at 2:04 PM. Motion Unanimously Approved
Lisa Schillinger was excused at 2.04pm upon entering Closed Session proceedings. All other Commissioners
and Staff were present at Closed Session.
7.1. Personnel 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) - The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or
dismissal of specific employees of the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an
employee of the public body for the public body to determine its validity.
7.2. Conduct Police Department interviews
The Board took a dinner break at 4:32pm and returned to Closed Session at 5:29pm.
A motion was made by Commissioner Bork and seconded by Commissioner Claussen to return to Open Session
at 8:14pm. Motion Unanimously Approved
The Board returned to Open Session at 8:14pm.

ADJOURNMENT - With no further business, a motion was made by Commissioner Bork and seconded by
Commissioner Claussen to adjourn the meeting at 8:15pm. Motion Unanimously Approved
