Mr. Tselos owner of Emersons Ale House has partnered with his cousin Dimitri Lykouretzos owner/operator of Honey Biscuit to renovate the property into a new restaurant concept. Messrs. Tselos and Lykouretzos are seeking a Class "F-3" liquor license for Lady Dahlia Tequila Bar located at 127 W. Prospect Ave. The Class "F-3" license provides for the full service of alcohol in a restaurant with lounge. Mr. Tselos is looking to energize and diversify the local culinary scene with a unique offering of Latin Mexican fares. Lady Dahlia Tequila Bar will occupy 4,400 SF of space and feature a nontraditional atmosphere with a colorful palette and modern Latin -Mexican decor. The restaurant will seat 130 guests and boast a private dining room "Tequila Cellar" which will seat 15 guests. An outdoor component of eight tables is anticipated for next season. The menu will specialize in a modern and playful twist of authentic Latin -Mexican small plates expertly paired alongside a well-curated beverage program featuring some of the 1 best tequilas and dinner, 11:00 a.m approximately 30 operations. mezcals. The restaurant will be open six days a week for lunch and to 10:00 p.m., and to midnight on weekends. Lady Dahlia will employ staff members with George and Dimitri on premise managing the As required by the Liquor Code, all managers and individuals involved with the sale and service of alcohol must complete a certified liquor servers training course. A completed application along with fees and required documents have been submitted. Currently owned restaurants have no prior liquor violations and are in good standings with the Village. A late October opening is anticipated. If the Village Board views this application favorably, an ordinance creating a new "Class F- 3" License would need to be adopted. Alternatives 1.
