"~I AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, on JANUARY 9 , 19 59 ,the following petition was filed with the Village Clerk of the Village of Mount Prospect: 11 PETITION 1. Your Petitioner, Western National Bank of Cicero, a national banking association, as Trustee under Trust Agreement dated May 16, 1958 and known as Trust 1879, is the owner of record of the real estate in Cook County, Illinois, legally described as follows: The West 460 feet as measured along the North line of the East Half of the South East Quarter of Section 27, Town- ship 42 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian (except that part conveyed to County of Cook by deed dated October 4, 1941 and recorded October 8, 1941 as Document 12771139). 2. Your Petitioner, Western National Bank of Cicero, as Trustee, as aforesaid, further states that the afore-described lands owned by it are con- tiguous to the Village of Mount Prospect. 3. Your Petitioner, Western National Bank of Cicero, as Trustee, as aforesaid, further states that there are no electors residing on the afore- described lands. 4. Your Petitioner, Western National Bank.of Cicero) as Trustee, as aforesaid, hereby petitions the Village of Mount Prospect to annex the lands hereinbefore described and owned by it into the " - ~ (..T", o -' o c....C> CJ @ ..-':,:. - 2 - Village of Mount Prospect contingent upon the Village of Mount Prospect duly adopting an ordinance zoning all of the aforedescribed lands owned by Western National Bank of Cicero) as Trustee) as aforesaid) to a B-3 District under the provisions of the Village of Mount Prospect Zoning Ordinance. In the event the Village of Mount Prospect fails to adopt a zoning ordinance as hereinbefore provided) this Petition for annexation shall be void. 5. Attached hereto is a plat showing the prop- erty owned of record by Petitioner) Western National Bank of Cicero) as Trustee) under Trust Agreement dated May 16) 1958 and known as Trust 1879) which is marked Exhibit A.
