:TT~l.rf~AS, tl1e corporate authorities of the 'Village
of [.iount Prospect have been informed that the I'Lount Prospect
Park District on April 10, 1961 authorized the necessary
action to institute condemnation proceedings for the pur-
cllase by tile l'.,ount Prospect Park :Jistrict, a municipal cor-
poration, of tll.e property commonly knmvn as the i-Iount Pros-
pect Country Club, which said action is based upon the
authority given to said j.'~ount Prospect Park District by
the electorate of said District in approving and author-
izing the purchase of said property at a special election
held Saturday, April 1, 1961; and
';T:-E~R2i\.S, the i>lount Prospect Country Club pre-
viously held a Class n liquor license, but which said

license has not been in effect since
Club has been closed on account of financial difficulties;
and
\!J'T~REAS, th.e corporate authorities of the Village
of llount Prospect, recognizing that the Hount Prospect Park
District, upon condemnation of said property, cannot sell
alcoholic liquor on said property and that therefore a
Class n liquor license would not be needed in the operation
of said golf club, and the corporate authorities further
believe it will promote the public health, safety, morals
and general welfare of the residents of the Village of

licenses,

COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1: That subsection (b) of Section
13.107 Number of Licenses, of Chapter 13 .Alcoholic Liquor
Dealers, of the lllunicipal Code of i:iount Prospect of 1957 as
amended, be and the same is hereby amended to and shall
hereafter read as follows:
ll(b) One lIClass Bli license.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be effective
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
Section 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordi-
nances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby re-
pealed, reserving hmvever, to the Village of l;~ount Prospect
any rights which have accrued to it against any person, firm
or corporation under any ordinance or sections of ordinances
