WIIEHEAS, the Board of Appeals of the Village of TIo1..mt
Prospect, sitting as a zoning conlmission at a public meeting duly
called and held according to law (Appeal bl-13), considered the
question of rezoning from R-l District to B-2 District, and from
B District to B-2 District, the real estate hereinafter described,
and
\'r.tiEHEAS, the Pres ident and Board of 'l'ru.stees of the Vil-
lage of Trount Prospect, having considered the reconnnendations of
said Zoning Board of Appeals, find and believe that the highest
and best use of said real estate herein is that of B-2.

Illinois:
Section 1. That an ordinance entitled "An ordinance
classifying, regulating and restricting the location of trades
and industries and the location of buildings designed for speci-
fied uses; regulating and limiting the height and bulk of build-
ings hereafter erected or altered, regulating and l~~iting the
intensity of the use of lot areas and regulating and determining
the area of yards, courts and other open spaces within and sur-
rounding such buildings; establishing the boundaries of districts
for the said purposes; and prescribing penalties for the viola-
tion of its provisions" passed and approved Devember 4, 1923, and
a:(!lendments thereto, and known as Ordinance No. 52, as amended by
an ordinance known ancl cited as the Zoning Ordinance of J'Tount
l'rospect pas sed and approved T.Tay 2, 19L~.~, and as subs equently
amended to date hereof, be amended by rezoning the following:
(a) From R-l District to B-2 District:
Lot 11 in block 4 in ousse and Wille'S Resub-
division in the West half of Section 12, Town-
ship 41 North, Range 11 Bast of the Third
Prine ipal ~Ieridian, Cook County, Illinois.
(b) From B District to B-2 District:
Lot 10 in Block 4 in Busse and V!ille' s Hesub-
division in the 'Nest half of Section 12, Town-
ship 1+1 Horth, Eange 11 Bast of' the Third
principal Meridian, Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2. 'I'hat said real estate as rezoned shall be
subject to all the lL~itations and conditions placed upon prop-
erty in the B-2 District, as defined in the ordinances aforesaid.
Section 3. That any person, firjl1 or corporation who
violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or
who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this or-
dinance shall be fined not more than One hundred U;aOO) Dollars
for each offense, and each day that a violation is permitted to
exist shall constitute a separate offense.
Section LI_. rrhat this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
