Section 1. 'i'hat an ordinance e::lti"cled "An ordinance
classifying, re:~llatinc and restricting the location of trades
and industries and the location of buildin{;s designed for speci-
fied uses; regulating and limiting the heic';ht and bulk of bl..1ild-
ings hereafter erected or altered, regulating and l~liting the
intensity of the use of lot areas and regulatin~ and deternining
the area of yards, courts and other open spaces within and sur-
roundinr:: such builli.in'~s; es tablishinp; tIle ooundaries of districts
for the said purposes; and prescribin~ penalties for the viola-
tion of its provisions" passed and approved T)ece"ooer 4, 1'123, and
amendnients thereto, and known as OY'dinance Iio. 52, as aT1ended by
an ordinance known and cited as the Zoning Ordinance of JJOUl1t

amended to date bereof, oe a;'1el1,j,ed bJ reclassifying from 11-1
District, Hesidential, to .t{-J ~jistrict, Hesidential, the follow-
ing described real estate:
The South 270 feet (except the South 250 feet thereof) of Lot 2
in 3thel ~ussels Subdivision of part of the East half of the
r:orthwest quarter of Section 12, 'I'ovmship Li.l North, i'(anr--<:e 11 Last

Section 2. That said real estate as reclassified shall
be subject to all the limitations a:2d conditions placee;. l..lpOn
properties in the H-3 District, Residential, as defined in the
ordinances afore;nent ioneel.
Section 3. 'l'l::.at any person, firm or corporation who
viola tes, disobeys, omits, ne;:lects or refuses to comply wi tll or
who resists tl:w enforcer:18nt of any of the provisions of this or-
dinance shall be fined not more than One hundred (,.,luO) Dollars
for each offense, and each day t!!at a violation is permitted to
exist shall constitute a separate offense.
Section 4. ~hat th~s ordinance shall be in full force
and effect fro~ and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
