Tl1at Section 3 of an ol~dinance entitled IlAn ordinance classifying, regulating and restricting the location of trades and industries and the location of buildings designed for specified uses; regulating and limiting the height and bulk of buildings hereafter erected or altered, regulating and limiting the int~nsity of the use of lot areas and regulating and deter- mining the area of yards, courts and other open spaces within and surrounding such buildings; establishing the boundaries of dis- tricts for tne said purposes; and prescribing penalties for the violation of its provisions," passed and approved Decembe~ 4, 1923, and al;1endments thereto, and known as Ordinance No. 52, as amended by an ordinance known and cited as the Z~ning Ordinance of Mount Prospect, pas sed and approved ITay 2, 17L~Ll-, and as subse- quently amended. and supplei'nented, is m".'1ended by adopting the at- tached booklet of zoning maps as the official zoning plan of the Village of' ?Jlount Prospect as of December 31, 1961. Section 2. 'I'.Clat this ordinance shall oe in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
