a. Personnel 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) - The appointment, employment, compensation,
discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body,
including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the
public body for the public body to determine its validity
b. Approval of closed session minutes of November 3, 2022 and November 7, 2022
c. Semi-annual Review of Closed Session Minutes for release to the Open Session
book for the period of January 2021 to June 2021
8 Vote to destroy or retain closed session audio recordings pursuant to the Open
Meetings Act for the period of January 2021 through June 2021
Commission members are to call the staff contact person confirming attendance
at least 24 hours prior to the date of the scheduled meeting. The staff contact for
