SIDE OF BUSSE ROAD AND SOUTH OF ALGONOUIN ROAD, ELK GROVE TOWNSHIP
WHEHEAS, the Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount
Prospect, sitting as a .zoning Commission at a public meeting duly
oalled and held according to law (Appeal No. 63-9), considered
the question of reclassifying the real estate herein-after
described from R-l (single family residence to B-3 Business and
R-4 multiple dwelling).
AND, 'vvHEREAS, the President and Board of rl'rustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect, having considered the recommendation of
said Zoning Board of Appeals,
find and believe that the highest and best use of said real estate
is that of B-3 Business and R-4 Multiple, respectively.
NO'W', THERElt'URE, BE IT iJRDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois:
Section 1. That an ordinance entitled "Zoning Ordinance
of Mount Prospect", passed and approved April 2, 1963, and known
as Ordinance No. 898, and as subsequently amended to date hereof,
be amended by reclassifying the following described real estate
from

attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference as if her fully set out.)
Section 2. That said real estate as reclassified shall
be subject to all the limitations and conditions placed upon prop-
erties in the foregoing classifications, as defined in the
ordinances aforementioned.
Section 3. That any person, firm or corporation who
Violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or
who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this or-
dinance shall be fined not more than One Hundred ($100) Dollars
for each offense, and each day that a violation is permitted to
exist shall constitute a separate offense.

Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, according to law.

From R-l to B-3, that part of the Northeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 41 North, Range II,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, bounded and described
as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the
Southwesterly right of way line of Algonquin Road with a
line 395.14 feet East of and parallel with the West line of
said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence South
on said parallel line 200 ft.; thence Southeasterly 990.82 ft.
to the 'west line of the East 30 ft. of said Northeast Quarter,
260 ft., south of the Southwesterly right of way line ot
Algonquin Road, (as measured on the West line of said East
30 ft.); thence North 200 ft. to the said Southwesterly right
of way line; thence Northwesterly on the Southwesterly right
of way line of Algonquin Road 990.78 ft. to the place of
beginning, all in Cook County, Illinois.
From R-l to R-4, that part of the Northeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Twp. 41 North, Range II, East
of the 3rd P.M., bounded and described as follows: Commencing
at the point of intersection of the Southwesterly right of way
line of Algonquin Road, and the East line of the West 395.l4
ft. of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence
Sout. 200 ft. (as measured on the ~ast line of said West 395.14
ft.) for a place of beginning; thence South on the ~st line
of said 'West 395.14 ft., 860.89 ft to the North line of the
South 5 acres of the Northeast ~uarter of the Northeast Quarter
of said Section 22; thence East on the North line of said South
5 acres, 881.04 ft. to a point on the West line of the East
50 ft. of the Northeast quarter of Section 22; thenee North on
said West line of the East 50 ft. of the Northeast Quarter of
said Section a distance of 397.67 ft.; thence Northwesterly on
a line parallel to the Southwesterly right of way line of
Algonquin Road a distance of 990.el ft. to the place of
beginning, all in Cook County, Illinois.
