AN ORDmANCE AlmNDING THE VILLAGE OF NOUNT PROSPECT
ZONING ORDINANCE BY GRANTING A VARIATION OF USE TO
THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 950 ~ST NOR~mST HIGHWAY.
WHEREAS J the Board 01' Appeals 01' the Village 01' Mount
Prospect, conducted a public meeting called and held according
to law (Appeal No. 63-15), to consider the question of granting
a use variation on the property hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, said real estate is presently zoned B-3 Business
of the Hount Prospect Zoning ord1nanees, which class1tication
would. exelud,e the proposed use to be made of the property, and
WHEREAS, the petitioner, in consideration of the granting
or the variation, has agreed in his operations at the premise.
to contorm with the performance standards set forth in the I-I
District 01' the Mount Prospect Zoning Codep and has further
agreed to utilize the premsse as proposed within one year trom
date hereOf, and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of l.fount Prospect have considered the recommendation' of the
Zoning Board of Appeals, and based upon the foregoing promises
believe it to be to the best interest of the Village that the
variation of use sought should be grantedo
NOW, THEREFORE, BE rr ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospeetg County of Cook,

Section 10 That an ordinance entitled "Zoning Ordinance
of lJIotmt Prospect" passed and approved April 2, 1963, and known
as Ordinance Noo 898, as amended to date hereof be 'Varied so
8S to permit the wholesale operation or distributing laborato~y
supplies and procesatng ot test papers on the premises located
on property legally described as follows:
Lot #28 in Map1ewood Heighte. being a subdivision
ot the East l~oOO chains of that part lying North
of Railroad ot South East 1/4 of Sec" 12, except
Southerly t,~ l' to tOl! roadJ also of Blk 20 in
Busse's Eastern Addition to Mto Prospect in the
East 1/2 of Seco 12, all in Twp 41 No~th, Range 119
East of the 3PM in Cook County, 1llinoiso Commonly
known as: 950 Eo Northwest Hwyo, Mt. Prospecte 1110
Section 2~ That said real estate shall be subject to all
other limitations and conditions placed upon the property by
the Zoning ordinances of the Village of Mount Prospect, and
particularily the provisions setting up performanoe standards
in the I-I Dlstricto
Section Jo.. That the foregoing granted variation Shall
automatioally terminate and beoome nul and ~old unless the
pet1tioner shall commence the operation described above within
one year from date hereofo
