ORDINANCE NO. 937
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7, ARTICLE II
APPENDIX A - SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE
VILLAGE PLAN.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 7 of Article II - "Subdivision
Regulations" of Appendix A of the Village Plan be and is hereby
amended by adding to said section the following:

"The subdivider may in lieu of the foregoing
prescribed pavement for streets which are 32
feet wide pave same with a Pozzolanic Base Course
and a Bituminous Concrete Wearing Course, in
which event the Pozzolanic Base Course shall be
7 inches, the binder course 1 1/2 inches, and the
surface course 1 inch.
In the case of 28 feet wide streets the Pozzolanic
Base Course shall be 6 inches, the binder course
1 inch and the surface course 1 inch.
The Pozzolanic BaseCourse in all cases shall
conform to specifications for Pozzolanic Base
Course Type A of the State of Illinois, The
Bituminous Concrete Wearing Course shall conform
to specifications for Bituminous Binder and
Surface Courses Fine Dense Graded Aggregate Type
Subclass 1-11 of the State of Illinois."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
