R-11-22 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION FORmPROPERTY LOCATEt 4M IC11 I?Iltll1wlI:< WHEREAS, the Petitioner, The Prairie Group Homes LLC, has requested approval of a Plat of Resubdivision titled Mehlhop Family Plat of Consolidation Subdivision for the purpose of consolidating a vacated right-of-way with the existing lot of record into a single lot of record to be under the same ownership; WHEREAS, Section 15.310 of the Village Code allows for such action and the Village Staff has recommended approval of the subdivision; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SI, C-1 l;.10N ONE: That the subdivision consolidates a vacated right-of-way with the existing lot of record into a single lot of record to be under the same ownership and is hereby granted for the property at 201 Prairie Avenue, and the Mehlhop Family Plat of Consolidation Subdivision attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved for appropriate execution and recording.
