Consent
This item was heard at the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on May 12,
2022; after discussion the Commission recommended denial of the zoning map
amendment by a vote of 4-1.
Staff is working with the Petitioner to address the concerns raised at the May 12th
meeting by commission members and the public, and therefore, request this item
be continued to the June 21, 2022 regular meeting of the Village Board.

Staff recommends that the Village Board approve a motion to continue
consideration of the 1st reading of an ordinance for a zoning map amendment
from B-1 office to I-1 limited industrial at 350 N. Wolf Road until the June 21,
2022 Village Board agenda.
