AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PRO SPECT
ZONING ORDINANCE RELATING TO PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE W. G. SALES CORPORATION PROPERTY AT 415 EAST
PROSPECT AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount
Prospect, sitting as a Zoning Commission at a public meeting
duly called and held according to law (Appeal No. 63-21),
considered the question of reclassifying the real estate here-
inafter described from 1-1 to R-4, and
WHEREAS, the petitioners have agreed to develop the property
in accordance with the Board of Appeals report heretofore sub-
mitted and the memorandum heretofore submitted to the Board of
Trustees and dated January 3, 1964, and
WHEREAS, in consideration of the agreements of such petition
the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
Prospect find and believe that the highest and best use of said
real estate is that of R-4.
NOW, THERE};ilORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That an ordinance entitled nZoning Ordinance of
Mount Prospectn passed and approved April 2, 1963, and known as
Ordinance No. 898, and as subsequently amended to date hereof,
be amended by reclassifying the following described real estate
from I-I to R-4.
East 205 feet of Lot 1 in Gleich's Industrial Park,
being a subdivision of part of the West half of the
Northeast quarter and part of the West half of the
Southeast quarter of Sec. 12, Twp. 41 N., Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to
plat thereof registered in the office of Registrar
of Titles of Cook County, Illinois on August 6, 1957
as DocUL1ent 1752354.
Section 2. That said real estate as reclassified shall be
subject to all the limitations and conditions placed upon proper-
ties in the R-4 district, as defined in the ordinances afore-
mentioned.

Section 3. That any person, firm or corporation who violates,
disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists
the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall
be fined not more than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for each
offense, and each day that a violation is permitted to exist
shall constitute a separate offense.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
e~fect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
