NOW, THERE.b'ORE, BE IT ORDA1J~ED by -che Pres ident and Board
of Trustees of the V:.Ll.age or Moun';'; Prospect, Coo::C County,
Illmois:
Section 1. That an orriinance e:tl'titlEd :IZoning Ordinance
of Mount 'Prosi:iect" passed and approved. Ap:.~il 2; 1963, a.nd
known as Ordinance No. 898, and as subsequently amended to
date hereof, bo amended by reclassifying the following des-
cribed real estate from
B-1 to B-3
(The legal description of said real estfl,te is
attached hereto and in0orporated herein by
reference as if here fully set out).,
Section 2. That said real estate as reclassified shall
be subject to all the limitations and conditions placed upon prop-
erties in the B-3
as defined in the ordinances aforementioned.

Section 3. That any person, firm or corporation who
violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or
who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this or-
dinance shall be fined not more than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars
for each offense, and each day that a violation is permitted to
exist shall constitute a separate offense.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
That part of the South 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 35, Township 42 North, Range 11
East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, bounded by a line
described as follows: Commencing at a point 530.0 feet
South of the North line of the South 1/2 of the South 1/2
of said Southwest 1/4 on a line forming an angle of 90
degrees 42 minutes, measured from West to South with said
North line and drawn through a point on said North line 750.0
feet East of its intersection with the Northeasterly line of
Rand Road; said point being on line with and 140.0 feet West
of the Southwest corner of the existing building; thence
North along said last described line 200.0 feet; thence West
at right angles 76.0 feet; thence South at right angles,
200.0 feet; thence East at right angles, 76.0 feet to the
place of beginning.
