WBEREAS" the Petitioners have agreed not to use the property
for a gasoline filling station or automobile repair shop~ auto
laundry, animal hospital" a retail green house, a drive-in
restaurant or drive-in food establishment~ funeral parlor, bill-
boards, amusement use, unless a special permit is issued by the
Village and will cause to be placed against the land a restrictive
covenant running with the land for a period of fifteen (15) years
preventing any of the foregoing enumerated uses; in consideration
of which the President and Board of Trustees have agreed to pass
this ord1nanc e.
NOW, THEREl"ORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Pres ident and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Mount Pr-ospect" Cook County,
Illinois:

date hereof; be amended by reclassif)ing the following des-
cribed real estate from
R-2 Duplex to B-3 Business and P-l Parking
(The legal description o f.:' said real estf;.te is
attached hereto and in:)orporated herein by
reference t~s if here fulljr set; out) 0

Section 2. That said real estate as reclassified shall
be subject to all the limitations and conditions placed upon prop-
erties in the B-3 Business and P-l Parkin.g
as defined in the ordinances aforementioned.

Section 3. That any person, firm or corporation who
violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or
who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this or-
dinance shall be fined not more than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars
for each offense, and each day that a violation is permitted to
exist shall constitute a separate offense.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
