ORDINANCE NO. 1064
AN ORDINANCE VARYING THE SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS
FOR LOTS LOCATED AT 808 AND 810 SOUTH ALBERT STREET
IN MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT:
SECTION ONE: The side yard requirements imposed by Section 4
of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount Prospect are hereby varied
to permit the construction of a single-family residence with a side yard
on the south side of the lot of not less than 4 feet 8 inches on the fol-
lowing described property:
Lot 60 in GOlfhurst, a resubdivision of Lot 3 in the
Owner's Subdivision of Section 31, Township 41 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, com-
monly known as 808 South Albert Street, Mount Prospect,
Illinois.
SECTION TWO: The side yard requirements imposed by Section 4 of
the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount Prospect are hereby varied to
pe~it the construction of a single-family residence with a side yard on
the north side of the lot of not less than 4 feet 8 inches on the following
described property:
Lot 61 in Golfhurst, a resubdivision of Lot 3 in the
Owner's Subdivision of Section 31, Township 41 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, com-
monly known as 810 South Albert Street, Mount Prospect,
Illinois.
SECTION THREE: The variations granted by this ordinance shall be
null and void and of no force and effect whatsoever unless an application
for a building permit pursuant to such variation is made within one year
from the date this ordinance is passed and approved.
SECTION FOUR: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided
by law.
