This ordinance establishes a 5% increase in water and sewer rates effective January 1, 2008. (Exhibit C) XI. NEW BUSINESS A. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF A CLASS 6B EXTENSION FOR CFRI/GOLUB MT. PROSPECT, LLC (RAULAND-BORG CORPORATIONO, 1800 WEST CENTRAL (Exhibit D) B. PUBLIC HEARING This public hearing, called pursuant to proper legal notice having been published in the Daily Herald on November 22, 2007, is for the purpose of presenting the proposed tax levy for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2007 and ending December 31,2007. C. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE LEVY AND COLLECTION (Exhibit E) OF TAXES FOR THE CORPORATE AND MUNICIPAL PURPOSES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1,2007 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2007. B. * Request Village Board approval to authorize contract for retail market analysis in an not to exceed $24,725.
