classifying from the R-l Single-Family Residence District to
the P-l Paved Off-Street Parking District, the following
described lots:

Lots 19, 18 and the North Half of Lot 17 in
Block 5, and Lots 24 and the North 18 feet
of Lot 23 in Block 12 of Busse and Wille's
Resubdivision in Mount Prospect in the East
Hslf of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12,
Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the
Third Principal Meridian in Cook County,
Illinois, all as is more fully described
under Item "A" on Map 8-S of the Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Mount Prospect,
which said lots are commonly known,
respectively, as 7-9 South Emerson Street
and 101 South Emerson Street, Mount Prospect,
Illinois.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in the manner provided by law.
