ORDINANCE NO. 1114
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MAPS 30-N, 31-N and 32-N
OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT ZONING ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: MAPS 31-N and 32-N of the Zoning Ordi-
nance of the Village of Mount Prospect are hereby amended by
reclassifying from the PLA Planned Recreational Open Space
Residence Subdistrict to the R-l Single-Family Residence District
the following described property:
The South 650 feet (except the West 250 feet
thereof) and (except the North 300 feet of
the West 1000 feet thereof) and (except that
part lyine south of the center line of Rand
Road) of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27,
Township 42 North, Range 11 East of the Third
Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois
containing 30.3186 acres.
SECTION TWO: Maps 30-N, 31-N and 32-N of the Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Mount Prospect are hereby amended
by reclassifying from the PLB Planned Recreational Open Space
Residential Subdistrict to the R-l Single-Family Residence
District the following described property:
The Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township
42 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal
Meridian (except the South 650 feet thereof)
and except that part of the West 1000 feet lying
South of the following described line: Commenc-
ing at a point on the West line of said Section
27 which is 1102.65 feet South of the Northwest
corner therof, thence South 770 30' 30" (recorded
770 55' 45") a distance of 409.70 feet, thence
due East a distance of 600 feet) and (except that
part described as follows: Commencing at a point

on the West line of said Section 27 that is 859.15
feet South of the Northwest corner thereof, thence
South 830 34' 30" East a distance of 246.14 feet,
thence South 100 00' 25" East a distance of 285.45
feet, thence North 770 30' 30" West (recorded
770 55' 45") a distance of 301.34 feet to a point
on the West line of said Section 27, thence North
along said West line a distance of 243.50 feet
to the point of beginning) and (except the
East 255 feet of the North 337 feet thereof)
together with the North 1102.65 feet of the
East 500 feet of the East Half of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 28, Township 42 North, Range
11 East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook
County, Illinois, containing 110.2632 acres.

SECTION THREE: Maps 30-N and 31-N of the Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Mount Prospect are hereby amended
by reclassifying from the PLC Planned Recreational Open Space
Office and Accomodations Subdistrict to the R-l Single-Family
Residence District the following described property:
That part of the East Half of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 28, Township 42 North, Range
11 East of the Third Principal Meridian lying
North of the North line of Rand Road (except the
North 1102.65 feet of the East 500 feet thereof),
together with that part of the West 1000 feet of
the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 42
North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal
Meridian lying South of the following described
line: Commencing at a point on the West line of
said Section 27 which is 1102.65 feet South of
the Northwest corner thereof, thence South
770 30' 30" (recorded 770 55' 45") a distance of
409.7 feet, thence due East a distance of 600
feet (except the South 350 feet of the East 750
feet therof) and (except that part lying South-
westerly of the center line of Rand Road) in
Cook County, Illinois, containing 58.6004 acres.
SECTION:FOUR: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in the manner provided by law.
